Job Requirements

Professional phone and interpersonal etiquette.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
Display leadership competencies, including the ability to engage and inspire others
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Strong communication and negotiation skills
